Besides exceeding financial KPIs for a decade, I focused on restructuring operations and cross-functional linkages. I introduced, for example, Balance Scorecards, a new meeting/feedback culture, and a hybrid business model.
One of the most fulfilling experiences in this position was developing our learning platform while transforming the sales force into Customer Partner Managers. This journey was about achieving goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
I proudly look back on partnering with GAIA and licensing a DiGA, successfully creating the framework for the smooth operation and expansion of the co-promotion with Roche Pharma AG, and the successful launch of Hemlibra.

Innovation and Transformation Leader

In this intersectional role, I lead the implementation of Chugai Europe’s innovation strategy. Through a decentralised European team effort, MYDEA was launched, a platform for bundling all ideas and involving all employees in innovation. I have overseen the development of a web-based shared decision-making tool in haemophilia, a web-based Social Support Compass to support patients about social services for the indication areas (oncology/rheumatology/haemophilia) and a VR pilot education project for cross-indication problems (rheumatology/haemophilia).
I established an expert circle consisting of HCPs named ECHO. This working group developed amazing solutions for urgent problems in haemophilia and continuously published them.
One of my favourable responsibilities was setting up and implementing the conference Talking HaemoFuture. This involved meticulous planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive conference reporting from the major international congresses on the topic of coagulation.

This position laid the foundation for my networking, cooperation and innovation skills. With SYRA, I established a working group of HCPs on RA as a systemic disease. The results, such as publications on the topic and an implemented curriculum for nurses to further develop the field, set a benchmark for the industry. Setting up, implementing and publishing a care research study on therapy adherence in rheumatoid arthritis with relevant stakeholders in the indication area was likely pleasing and purposeful.
With Rheumatology TODAY, I developed a brand that is a first-class digital format for conference reporting in the rheumatology field, involving all relevant stakeholders in the indication area.

Under my leadership, we have established a hybrid business model to ensure our future competitiveness. This includes implementing digital services and realising digital customer engagement, focusing on further developing our sales force. My consistent and cooperative approach fueled the corporation’s innovation strategy, resulting in various outstanding ideas and solutions being launched.
Medical
Building on my university degree as a Chemistry Engineer, I surpassed myself in initiating and implementing clinical study projects in the indications of haemophilia, oncology, and rheumatology. I found pleasure in developing an internal health policy workstream, initiating HCP work groups and supporting numerous publications.
Marketing/Sales
I have a proven track record of significantly increasing sales of each product year after year. I have played key roles in the successful launches of Granocyte®, RoActemra®, and Alecensa® in various capacities. Together with a diverse team, I managed and enhanced successful market penetration. And recently, I was responsible for the launch and brand planning of Hemlibra® – gaining market leadership for a specific indication within the first year.
